We're the Feel Good Food Group - the passionate people behind healthy food brands such as Ketos of Manila, Eat's Life Manila, The Sugar-Free Bakery, and the Nutritional Transformation Program. From the very beginning we've been inspired by the bold mission we've set for ourselves, which is to create a feel good food movement, one tasty and healthy meal at a time.

IT STARTED WITH THE KETO DIET

Our story started in a small condo kitchen in September 2017. The inspiration started when our founders, James Chi and Neil Trinidad, tried the Ketogenic diet. They were astonished at how effective the weight loss results were and how good they felt while on the diet. With a spark of inspiration and courage, the Keto Titos started Ketos of Manila, a ketogenic diet food delivery business. With a lucky combination of great tasting food, witty marketing, and perfect timing, Ketos of Manila grew rapidly, to become the #1 Ketogenic Diet Food Delivery business in Metro Manila.

Under the leadership of our CEO, James, and a growing team, the business expanded to give birth to exciting new health food brands.

THE RISE OF SUGAR-FREE TREATS

The idea for The Sugar-Free Bakery emerged from the enthusiastic reception that people had to our Keto desserts. Inspired by this, James and our bakers, created surprisingly sweet yet sugar-free versions of artisanal breads, cakes & pastries to popular on-demand cravings such as milk tea and low-carb pizzas. We started with pop-up booths in weekend bazaars, asking shoppers from the community to share their feedback. With a little more R&D and TLC, The Sugar-Free Bakery, quickly expanded to offer a full selection of feel-good, sweet treats on our website and through Food Panda's delivery app.

HEALTHY MEALS FOR EVERYONE

As our brands grew, we found ourselves being asked if we offered other varieties of healthy meals. So our Chef, Cooks and Nutritionist went back to the kitchen, and Eat's Life Manila was born. This brand was designed to cater to the growing demand for simple, healthy and delicious meals. Today the brand offers a range of options, from balanced meals, to high protein meals, to plant-based meals, and even to family food platters, through its sub-brand ROASTED by Eat's Life Manila.

CUSTOMIZED MEALS & PROGRAMS

After seeing a rise in requests from customers to consult with our Nutritionist, we realized that there was a need to provide even more 1:1 guidance. So we created the Nutritional Transformation Program (NTP), where our Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian David, can design customized meal plans and can coach customers as they work to achieve their health, weight and fitness goals.

It's been a busy 3 years far for all of us at the Feel Good Food Group. We're both thrilled and honored to have been part of the feel-good food and health journey of so many of our customers.
